Unlike other methods used to send and receive large files over the internet, with just a few clicks, TwitFS allows you to upload and easily send one or more files to friends, family, or co-workers. You are now able to send these larger files via a private “DM” (direct message) with another Twitter user or publish to your public Twitter timeline. You can also send a file via email by copy and pasting a file’s short-url link.

Scheduled for beta release in Q2, the TwitFS API allows Twitter client developers to leverage simple remote storage services and monetize Twitter application usage.
